But, as Costco always does, when they get a good new product in and it sells out like gangbusters, you probably will never see it in their stores again. I bought about 4 packages of the feta and it was absolutely the best. But all their stores are sold out and their service people had no idea if anymore was coming in. Too often with Costco, it's buy it now or it's gone tomorrow, never to return. You’re right about the Kolios Feta. But, as Costco always does, when they get a good new product in and it sells out like gangbusters, you probably will never see it in their stores again. Too often with Costco, it’s buy it now or it’s gone tomorrow, never to return.

I was just recently opening a package of it thinking that someone wasn't being very user friendly when making that design. Not only does it require tools to open, but sometimes when you put the lid back on, the liquid surrounding the cheese splashes out when you push the lid down. But the cheese is so good, I put up with the crazy packaging. That’s so funny! It's super soft and we have it in our living room as an area rug to catch the "spit up" or drool from our little one. Seriously if they have them for 49, I will get another one!
