I will admit I’m not much of a girly-girl. In my family, that honor goes to my sister. So, I rarely even go down the cosmetics aisle or look at what their offerings are as far as that kind of stuff goes. I have heard from friends and family though, that they have great deals on Maybelline Great Lash mascara (the kind in the pink and green tube), and often they have products from Lancome and Elizabeth Arden too. Plus, the Kirkland Signature brand has a partnership with Borghese for a line of cosmetics. I’ve got to take this moment to point out that Costco.com has a $289.99 Sisley Anti-Aging facial cream!! That just seems crazy to me; mostly because I’m wondering how much it is someplace else if it is that pricey at Costco.
But I digress. The real point of this was to direct those of you who are interested in makeup to a great blog post at A Beautyful Sentiment that talks about her fabulous beauty finds at Costco. Who knew they were selling Stila or Smashbox? She talks about this great Stila set that is selling for $18.99 at Costco but would normally cost over $140.00 at other places. That is phenomenal! And then she also mentions a Smashbox gift set for $19.99.

Borghese was a great beauty buy (I loved their facial lotion and anti-aging serum) but it’s no longer available at Costco. The line seems to have disappeared from stores and on-line!!! I sure wish they would bring that stuff back. It was great.
