I felt that way when I cooked the borsetti too. However, when I ripped a couple of them open to check the sausage they all looked the same and did seem to be done. I think it's because of the different cooking method, you know, usually you're not boiling your sausage. So, I think it maintains the pinkish color and soft texture even though it is cooked. I ended up cooking mine for somewhere between 12 and 14 minutes.

I bought the borsetti today - and not quite sure if I have cooked them thoroughly. I followed instructions and actually cooked them for 8 minutes - but the fillings are still red. So I cooked them for another 5 minutes medium heat. But the filling is still red. Is that how it should look?

Oh that's a good deal! I keep hoping that they'll get the Dyson Ball because it is a little more lightweight (and we no longer have a dog). I've heard from several friends that the Dyson vacuums really are as spectacular as the marketing indicates. Thanks for letting everyone know about this extra bit of savings!

I love your site and reading about the different deals that you find. Anyways, I am not sure if this deal is still going on, but we just bought a new Dyson vaccuum from Costco. It is the one that is unique for pets for $350. This vaccuum regularly sells for $500 or more and has been at Costco for $400 and then last week there was a $50 instant rebate. Needless to say we picked one up and I love it!! Just thought I would share!
