These Corazonas 4 Cheese chips are not very good. The Hawaiian chips they had were awesome but I only saw them there once.

I don't really think Jell-o counts as a junk food item. Definitely it isn't as healthy as a piece of fresh fruit, however, that's not always convenient. And I think the fact that it is something that people are willing to eat, will satisfy their sweet tooth & will provide them with 10% of the vitamin A (in the form of beta carotene) & E that they require, while only 'costing' 10 calories is way better than most things that are this convenient. I mean, that's going to be better than most juices that you could drink because it doesn't have the ton of calories, sugar, and sodium. And you don't have to worry about a little tub of Jell-o spoiling or bruising in your lunch bag.

When I was working on my Master's I took nutrition courses too. And I know that Jell-o isn't a super food. However, I also know that if you've got someone that doesn't want to eat fruit and veggies that it would better for them to snack on a thing of Jell-o that is super low calorie and gives them some nutrition rather than pushing them to make even worse choices by making needlessly insulting comments. And as you know (or at least I would expect a nutrition student to know), vitamins A & E are anti-oxidants and 10% of your RDA isn't bad, and as far as snack foods go it's probably really good.

Just because something is pomegranate flavored and Acai flavored doesnt mean that it is a good source of anti-oxidants. Having vitamin A and E also doesn't qualify this American junk food company to claim that they are making anti-oxidant products.
