Have plans for a nice picnic or get together on Memorial Day? Well, you won’t be able to get your last minute purchases at Costco because they are CLOSED on Monday. So, you’d better get to Costco over the weekend for your burgers, soda, chips, and some of those new Kirkland Signature hot dogs. The good news is that Costco doesn’t seem to be affected by the latest ground beef recall.
