Radiant floor heat systems can be utilized in various aspects of your home or office. These systems are easy to install during a remodel or new construction of a home. Suntouch radiant floor heat specializes in producing floor heating mats that are safe, easy to install, and can work with almost any type of flooring.

Pat, I don't know if she's the right person but I couldn't find someone that is in charge of Customer Service on that list (strangely). My guess is that she is probably more responsible for the actual design and maintenance of the Costco.com web presence, and not necessarily the policies regarding shipping and such that are your issue. However, you could send her a letter and see if you hear anything. Or you could try calling their headquarters and asking them for the name of the person in charge of Customer Service.

I definitely want to let someone at Costco know about this idiocy, but who? I found a list of all the Costco Executive Officers here:

http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=83830&p=irol-govmanage

I'm thinking my best best is: Ginnie M. Roeglin, Senior Vice President, E-Commerce and Publishing. What do you think?

Wow, I hadn't heard about that change. That's really unfortunate and a bad idea. They should have another shipping method for people that have a P.O. box. I honestly don't know why you can not get packages at P.O. box, that seems kind of silly to me. I mean, you have to come get your mail, can't you come get your packages too?

Have you sent a complaint to Costco? This sounds like one of those things they entered into without fully thinking of the impact it could have on people. They could at least update their form for ordering to allow P.O. boxes and then just send an automated email regarding any items that are ordered that can't be shipped to a P.O. box. In any case, there must be a better solution than just abandoning customers.

Here's a new Costco.com gotcha: Costco.com has switched to UPS Mail Innovations for many of its deliveries. Sounds as though it should still be UPS delivery, right? Wrong! It's a hybrid: UPS picks packages up from vendors/fulfillment centers then ultimately turns them over to the US Postal Service for final delivery.

Why is this a problem? Well, for most people it probably isn't. But if you live in a rural area (like I do) and have a Post Office box address for all your mail, you won't be able to order from Costco.com. Here's the Catch-22:

If you put in a physical street address to which UPS Ground would deliver but to which the US Postal Service does not deliver, you're out of luck and will never receive the package. But wait you say, just put in the PO box as your delivery address and the problem is solved! Not so - Costco.com's ordering system currently will NOT accept a PO Box delivery address even for things going UPS Mail Innovations and even though the USPS will gladly deliver packages to a PO box.

Some people have tried to game the system by using the actual street address of the Post Office in which their PO box is located and including something like #1234 to indicate the PO box number but this has variable success and may even violate some Post Office regulations.
