This is my first visit to this site and I have a question.

The above review for Fattorie Garofalo Bufala Mozzarella barely describes how wonderfully smooth and delicious it is. I have tried every Costco in Houston and none of them have it in stock. Where, who and how do I contact Costco to complain? I want to demand they began stocking this wonderful cheese, at every store. Please help.

Phew...that is a relief. I've seen it here in London at Waitrose, so you might try the nicer grocery stores. I think I also saw it in Austin at Whole Foods, but I am not as positive about that. And of course, it is always way more expensive at the non-Costco locations.

They just had the Belgioioso fresh mozzerella which I think I've seen there before (the large bucket of small "herbed" balls and the tightly wrapped "dry" bigger balls). I have tried that before, but it just doesn't compare. I've even tried the stuff from the Italian deli down the street (very expensive) and that wasn't even as good!

@Karin - I don't know if they've stopped selling it but that would be truly sad since that is the best mozzarella you can buy in a store, I think. Did they have someone else's version available? Or just no mozzarella cheese at all?

I've grown to love that Bybee Foods frozen corn. It's so darn easy to heat up (like all frozen corn) in the microwave and, oh man!, does it taste fresh off the cobb. Kimberly's already gotten sick of me making tons of it for every meal. LOL.

The 'corn worthy' statement just made me laugh out loud! That was so funny...but I totally know what you're saying! Sorry that you are in Costco withdrawal; maybe they'll build one around you soon.

I was just lamenting my Costco withdrawal --we moved to Charlottesville, VA and the closest Costco is over 50 miles away. There's a Sam's Club but it just doesn't compare to Costco, it's just Wall-Mart on steroids, IMHO. I'll probably venture over to the Richmond Costco again in the fall--there's nothing like Costco for the holidays.
Anyway, I just had to agree with you about the Bybee Foods Organic Corn--It is by far the best corn my family's ever eaten. We were having guests for dinner recently and when I planned the menu I had considered making a corn-tomato salsa but decided against it because these people weren't our very best friends so I did not consider them to be corn worthy. LOL.
