(belated) Pat, as I have become more health conscious, I also realized that the hot dogs are only "filling" for a short while. Maybe it's because they contain a lot of fat and sodium along with the 20 grams of protein. The only thing on the food court menu that is close to low-calorie is the yogurt, or maybe the salad if you eat half.
