It says 'Light' on the label, but it is clearly Amber and some are Dark. I've spoken with the Costco front desk several times and they have told me they would notify the buyer. I have since noticed that they moved the pallets to the front end of the aisle, I can only guess to move the product quicker. I'm currently searching the net for the best price, but it will be hard to beat Costco. I hope their next batch is correct! This is an awesome deal I have paid 5.99 or more for one 23.5 oz bottle. I use it on my oatmeal and for baking. It is a sweetner that Dr. Oz recommends because it has a low glycemic index so it does not spike blood sugar like regular sugar. I posted about the agave nectar before.
