She lives kind of far from her closest Costco, so it's kind of a pain in the butt when it happens. I didn't know they would ever, ever give you the discount after the coupons had expired. Its not uncommon for that to happen and the member to walk away satisfied. Costco isn't a company that should be walked all over on (despite many efforts from some members), but at the same time the company does its best to keep all its members satisfied. Hope this helps!
