Actually, they did post them previously, using the same software that they use to publish the Costco Connection monthly magazine (http://www.costcoconnection.com). However, I can’t seem to find any years beyond 2008 right now. Here’s the link for that cookbook though: http://www.costcoconnection.com/connection/2008cookbook/#pg1
My guess is that they just haven’t published the 2009 cookbook online yet. I’ll keep looking for 2009 and post the link when they get it published!

FYI- I went to my local Costco in Sacramento, CA over the weekend and they weren’t handing out the Costco cookbooks yet. They said that they’re giving them away on Black Friday!

@LS Greene, it’s unlikely you’ll see a PDF of the Costco Cookbook since, if memory serves, it’s a couple hundred pages long.

For those of us who will be out of town, is there any way to get a PDF download of the Costco cookbook. I’d love to see it.

Love this site. Thanks for all your hard work. I’ve tried many things because of your recommendations.

One of the best things that have is a Cuisinart digital 6 qt pressure cooker for $70. That’s half what you’d pay elsewhere and it’s a great cooker. Cuisinart also offers a 3 yr warranty which is unheard of anymore. The new digital pressure cookers are so much safer, and pressure cooking allows you to have good food fast.

Shopping at Costco on black friday is actually a good idea, too, because people are usually out shopping at the “big” sales… so it won’t even be as crowded as it usually is! Woot.
