Costco US Coupon Book: October 11 – November 4, 2012

October 11th, 2012 · 1 Comment

The new Costco US coupon book starts today and runs  through November 4, 2012.  This month there are coupons worth more than $1,500.00 in discounts, and then another $4,300.00 in online deals at Costco.com.  The value of the coupon book is a bit lower than last month, but it seems like there are some good coupons even if they add up to less.

I’ve uploaded the new Costco US Coupon Book PDF (or view it in the Google PDF viewer) so you can browse it if you haven’t gotten yours yet.  While you can print these out for reference purposes, Costco only accepts the original coupons (if your location requires you to hand them in at all).  If you didn’t get your book or never do, you should stop by Customer Service and make sure that they have all of your mailing information correct and that you have allowed them permission to send you things in the mail.  Also, while you’re there, ask them for a copy of the latest book.  If you were not aware, the coupon books are only mailed to the primary member on the account.  Also, don’t forget that in the US you can now download the Costco app for your smartphone and get the current coupons as well as many other helpful bits of Costco information.

Oh to be in the US this month, where we could load up on Pepperidge Farm Goldfish crackers with a discount of $2.00!  Dave would be thrilled!  Aside from that there are several instant savings deals this month for things that I really like: OxiClean ($4.00 off), Kirkland Signature cleaning wipes ($2.50 off), Palermo’s Pizzas ($3.00 off), and the delicious Kirkland Signature Take & Bake Pepperoni pizza ($3.00 off).  I would have all of those items in my cart.  Plus, there is an instant savings deal on all of the necessary safety items that we should all have in our homes: $7.00 off fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide detectors.

Probably the best deal in the whole coupon book falls is an instant savings deal for $40.00 off the Little Giant 15′ Multipurpose Ladder with Wheels.  These are the best ladder ever and everyone with a house should have one.  They may seem kind of expensive perhaps, but you can contort it into so many different types of ladder that it is well worth it.  Plus, it is very lightweight and can be easily moved around.  If I didn’t have one, I would definitely want to buy it.  After the $40.00 off, the ladder will end up with a price of $139.99, and it is worth every penny of that.

As usual, in the regular coupon area there’s one for a set of Michelin tires.  This month you can save $70.00 on a full set of four tires.  This is a great deal if you’re planning on doing some traveling for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

There are a couple of coupons for Huggies baby wipes and pull-ups this month too.  You can get $5.00 off a box of 1120 baby wipes and $6.00 off a box of Huggies Pull-Ups.

And nothing says holidays like a Costco coupon on the Masterpiece plates and Reflections cutlery.  You can get these for $3.75 off the box of 50 plates or 160 piece box of cutlery.  These are a perfect buy for anyone that is planning on having a holiday party.  It is plasticware but looks so good, you’d never know.  These are not the typical plastic plates and forks.  All of it is a nice heavy weight and the plastic knife actually could cut something other than warm butter.

Other than those stand out items, there seem to be a lot of coupons for the usual household items like laundry products, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning items.  Then there are also a number of coupons for health and beauty products like toothpaste and toothbrushes, as well as razors, deodorant, shampoo and conditioner.

Palermo’s Pizza is the subject of a U.S. national boycott for unfair labor practices.
