Guest Post: What’s in the Costco Stuffing?

December 18th, 2012 · 1 Comment

[I hope a fellow Costco fan can help out with this question about stuffing used in Costco’s prepared turkey breast.  I didn’t even know that Costco did this, I don’t remember ever seeing such a thing when we were still in the US.  However, it’s a great idea for people that don’t want to cook or can’t or just don’t want the added pressure of cooking on Thanksgiving even.  So hopefully someone will have some ideas about the stuffing recipe.  It might also be helpful to know the manufacturer, if it isn’t Costco, because you might be able to find it out that way.]

I’m a Canadian Costco member, and visited my sister in Michigan recently for American Thanksgiving.  She had bought a cooked/prepared turkey breast from Costco in Ann Arbor, Michigan  that came with stuffing and gravy.  The stuffing was the best that I/we had ever tasted.  I’m not certain if every Costco prepares this dish for sale, or if it was only a local feature.  Anyway, I’ve been trying to find the recipe for this stuffing, or even find out what packages they use in the mix.  I went to the Ann Arbor Costco to find out, asked three different employees, but no one could assist me with my query.  Perhaps you or your readers can.
