This new Costco UK coupon book starts today (sorry I’m late getting this up) and runs throughout most of February, until the 23rd. This new coupon book has savings of £550.00 in it, which is way less than the previous coupon book. There’s several coupons for sweets this month, I’m not terribly sure why, because they don’t seem like Valentine’s Day candy either and it seems early for Easter. There’s also a whole section on special deals for Dove products, like body wash and deodorant.
I’ve uploaded the new Costco UK Coupon Book PDF (or view it in the Google PDF viewer). If you didn’t get your book or never do, you should stop by Customer Service and make sure that they have all of your mailing information correct and that you have allowed them permission to send you things in the mail. Also, while you’re there, ask them for a copy of the latest book if they didn’t hand you one when you walked in the store. In the UK they print the coupons on both sides of the pages and without the codes, clearly they do not require you to clip the coupons out and give them to your cashier; they just automatically deduct them after they ring up your items. I love this method of couponing and I’m glad to see that it seems all Costco locations in the world are following suit. I do still find it useful to have a copy so I know what to look for because I don’t always notice the signs that they’ve posted to let you know what has a coupon. I usually download a copy of the PDF to my phone before I go to the store so that I can easily reference it while shopping. If you sign up to receive emails from Costco.co.uk, they will send out an email that lets you know that the new coupon book is available online, usually the weekend before the new book starts. Since they now post the coupons on the Costco UK website, you can always download a copy of the latest coupon book from there; you can also find a link to it on the Warehouses Offers webpage (but you won’t see the new coupon book until it is active).
I knew as soon as I picked up a canister of Vanish on Saturday that Costco would have a coupon for it in the new book! And of course, I was right. *Sigh* But if you’re in need of Vanish, you can get £2.00 off the 1.5 kg canister of Vanish Oxi Action or Oxi Crystal White; final price of £5.86 with VAT. Luckily, I didn’t buy the Finish Quantum Tablets that I was considering picking up since now they have a coupon too. You can get 50% off two, 40 tablet packs of Finish Quantum for a final price of £11.86 with VAT. There’s a number of good coupons for various laundry products too, so if you need to stock up, now is the perfect time.
There’s also some good kitchen products with deals this month too. You can save £10.00 off a Cuisinart Food Processor with a final price of £107.98 with VAT. I have a different Cuisinart food processor and absolutely love it. They have such good construction and make all types of food prep so much quicker and easier, that you will quickly come to realize that the price is worth it. You can also get £25.00 off a Kenwood Nostalgia Stand Mixer; final price of £149.98 with VAT. I’ve not had one of these before, but they seem really well made and like they would make for a nice stand mixer if you like to bake. I also want to point out the savings of £4.00 off the set of four Joseph Joseph Chopping Boards for a final price of £19.18 with VAT. I have an older set of these that have a slightly different stand but are otherwise the same and I think they are really great. I’ve had my set for almost four years now and they have stood up well to lots of cutting, plus you can pop them into the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
I also like the coupon for Original Source Shower Gel. This deal allows you to get two, six packs of this great shower gel for just £10.00 (£12.00 with VAT). I love the lemon tea tree version because of its great citrusy scent. Plus, this is one of the few shower gels that I can use during the winter that doesn’t irritate my skin or make it seem too dry. Currently, this is the best deal going on this shower gel, though ASDA also has it available for £1.00 per 250 ml bottle as well. Other than Costco and ASDA you will be paying at least £2.00 for a bottle of this shower gel. So, if this is your brand of choice, now is the time to pick some up at Costco.
Those are just some of the highlights, I thought, but there are a lot of great coupons this month. And don’t forget to check out the little section of Costco.co.uk deals too, though you can always see these and more by visiting the website.
