The last coupon book was just to tide you over until the real coupon book started, so the new Costco UK coupon book starts on Monday and runs throughout January, until February 1, actually.  There’s more than £600.00 of savings in this new coupon book, as well as more savings for things you can only get at   Also, don’t forget that there were a handful of coupons in that first coupon book, the ones for healthy and organic eating, that lasts until January 18.   There are plenty of great coupons in here, including some that might help you out if you’ve sworn this is the year you are going to get fit.

Costco UK Coupon Book: January 12 – February 1, 2015

I’ve uploaded the new Costco UK Coupon Book PDF (or view it in the Google PDF viewer).  If you didn’t get your book or never do, you should stop by Customer Service and make sure that they have all of your mailing information correct and that you have allowed them permission to send you things in the mail.  Also, while you’re there, ask them for a copy of the latest book if they didn’t hand you one when you walked in the store.  In the UK they print the coupons on both sides of the pages and without the codes and they just automatically deduct them after they ring up your items.  I love this method of couponing and I’m glad to see that it seems all Costco locations in the world are following suit.  I do still find it useful to have a copy so I know what to look for because I don’t always notice the signs that they’ve posted to let you know what has a coupon.  Of course, they often hand you a copy of the coupon book when you walk in the store or have them sitting there so you can grab one as you enter. I usually download a copy of the PDF to my phone before I go to the store so that I can easily reference it while shopping.  If you sign up to receive emails from, they will send out an email that lets you know that the new coupon book is available online, usually the weekend before the new book starts.  Since they now post the coupons on the Costco UK website, you can always download a copy of the latest coupon book from there; you can also find a link to it on the Warehouses Offers webpage.

Costco UK has a special deal on until February 1, if you’re in need of new tyres.  This isn’t a coupon, but you do get a Costco shopping voucher valued at £10.00 – £100.00 depending on how many and the size of tyres that you buy.  If you buy two new tyres you can get a voucher valued at £10.00 to  £50.00.  If you buy four new tyres you can get a Costco shopping voucher valued at £30.00 to £100.00.  So, if the weather getting nasty has pointed out how much your current tyres need to be replaced, this might be the perfect time to get new tyres.

If you’re like me, you like to replace the pillows on your bed on a fairly regular basis, so luckily Costco has great deals on them.  And now, there’s a deal for £5.00 off a set of four Clusterdown pillows.  These aren’t made with feathers and are completely non-allergenic, plus they are machine washable.  I’ve bought these before and they are great pillows that keep their fluffiness for quite some time.  You can get this great four pack of pillows  for £17.98, with VAT, after the discount.  But I’ll be honest, even without the discount you get a much better deal on a much better pillow at Costco than anywhere else.  I had to get some new pillows recently, for my guest room, and didn’t have time to make it to Costco so I ordered some and there were only two pillows, that aren’t as nice as the Clusterdown ones, and they were just under £20.00.  After I got the pillows I swore I’d never get pillows anywhere but at Costco again.

With winter firmly here, your skin is probably starting to feel dry and itchy, and in need of a nice moisturiser.  Luckily, Costco has just the coupon that you need this month.  There’s a deal for £1.60 off a two pack of 500 ml of E45 lotion; with the discount this two pack is £7.66 with VAT.  This is a great lotion that is free from perfumes and suitable for the most sensitive of skin, even babies.  If you’ve let your skin get really bad, this should sort it out pretty quickly.   The price at Costco is always a bit of a deal, but it certainly is now with the discount.  The discounted price makes this two pack almost as cheap as a single bottle at other retailers.  If you breakdown the price of the two bottles at Costco, you’ll be paying just £3.83 per bottle at Costco, which makes this much less expensive than buying it at other places.

Okay, these aren’t a cool or fun item to purchase, but with all the wet or snowy weather coming in the next few months, it’s always great to have a few more doormats.  Costco has a two pack of fairly commercial looking doormats for £2.00 this month, which makes them just £9.58 with VAT.   These mats are rubberised on the back and then a cotton pile on the front, where you wipe your feet.  I’ve had some of these pretty much since we moved here and they are great because they are super absorbent.  I never have wet footprints inside now thanks to these, and they’re even good when your shoes are pretty muddy.  My only complaint is that the mats slip around a bit on the industrial carpet in the hallway of my block of flats, but it isn’t that bad and mainly happens really only when they’re vacuuming the hall.

If you’re big goal for the new year is to get organized, you might want to check out the Brother label printer coupon this month.  You can get £2.25 off a Brother PT-H101C label printer; just £8.08 with VAT.  Or, you can get £7.50 off a Brother QL500 label printer; final price of £26.98 with VAT.  I have a previous version of the PT-H101C that I bought at Costco (of course) a few years ago and I love it.  It’s easy to use once you get the hang of all of the different menu options, and you can label everything.  It helps me keep all of my stuff super organized, from file folders to spice jars to storage boxes to the pockets on my back of door organizer.  I’ve never tried the bigger label printer from Brother but I’ve heard it is just as great, some even say it is easier.

There are a number of other great coupons in this latest coupon book so make sure to take a good look at it before your next shopping trip to Costco.

So for clarification do I need to take / have a coupon or book with me at the checkout to get the coupon discount, or is it just an automatic discount everyone gets ?

@PhilT – In the UK you do not need to show anyone your coupon book or cut them out or anything and they will be automatically deducted. It is just something you can use to see what is on sale.
