Costco US Coupon Book: October 29 – November 29, 2015

November 3rd, 2015 · No Comments

I’m a bit late getting these up, so sorry about that.  The new Costco US coupon book started last Thursday, October 29, and runs pretty much the whole of November, through the 29th.  This new coupon book offers $1,200.00 in savings, which is less than the previous book but still offers great value.  This is another really great coupon book with lots of interesting products that have caught my eye.  It’s clear from this bunch of coupons that it is time to start gearing up for all of the holiday cooking and get togethers you probably have planned, not to mention a bit of gift giving as well.  Also, this coupon book runs through Thanksgiving, and Black Friday.

Costco US Coupon Book: October 29 – November 29, 2015

This month I have uploaded the new Costco US Coupon Book PDF (or view it in the Google PDF viewer) (this is a PDF of what they posted online), or you can view it at the warehouse coupons on the Costco.com website.  If you weren’t aware, Costco has updated their coupon policy for “streamlined savings”.  Basically, that means that you won’t have to clip coupons (if you ever needed to for your location anyway) again, but instead you can just show the cashier the coupon book or the smartphone app to redeem any offers marked with a blue arrow (which will make more sense when you see the coupon book).  You can get the app for either iPhone or Android in their respective app stores.  The only coupons that you must have the app or coupon book to redeem are the ones with the blue arrow, but they are all pretty much instant savings deals lately.  For many, they didn’t have to clip coupons anyway, so this isn’t necessarily all that different.  If you didn’t get your book or never do, you should stop by Customer Service and make sure that they have all of your mailing information correct and that you have allowed them permission to send you things in the mail.  Or, just use the Costco smartphone app.

As usual, there’s a coupon for $70.00 off a set of new tires; this month the brand of choice is Bridgestone.  The Costco Tire Center deals used to require you to have a physical coupon or the app, however, they have done away with that requirement now and this is a regular instant savings deal.  You can also take advantage of this deal through Costco.com.  This might be the perfect time to get some new tires if you’re a few road trips for the holidays or if your current tires are a bit iffy and you live in a location where winter is about to hit.

So, first off, my favourite kitchen item is having a coupon this month: KitchenAid 6-Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer; as the name implies this is the good one with the bowl that you lift.  Thanks to this coupon you can save $60.00 for a final price of $289.99 on a red, silver, or black mixer; this is the price at Costco.com so it is possible it will be a bit less in warehouses.  So, you can see that these mixers are a total deal after the discount or even before the discount Costco almost always has the best price on the KitchenAid mixers; right now these will cost at least $340.00 at Amazon, up to $450.00 depending on colour.  If you need a mixer or have been wanting a better one, now is definitely the time to buy.  The KitchenAid mixers are really the best and have been for years and years because they are very powerful and perfectly put together.   They are sturdy and can stand up to even the heaviest of foods, like bread dough, without rocking or moving around on the counter.  There’s a special bread dough hook so that you can use the mixer to do the kneading for you.  That means you can knead the dough longer without tiring your arms and the result will be a lighter bread dough that will lead to a beautiful loaf of bread.  Just think of how much easier this could make all of your holiday cookie baking too!  You can also get attachments to make it into a meat grinder and a pasta maker. My mom has had hers, that she still uses, since the early 1980s and it looks great and runs perfectly still.  And if you’re not thinking about buying one for yourself, you might consider it for the best gift ever for someone that likes or wants to bake.  This would be great for a christmas gift, wedding gift, birthday gift, whatever gift.  You would be a very popular gift giver!

There are also a couple of other excellent kitchen helpers in this coupon book.  The 6-Quart Crock-Pot with Little Dipper is excellent for cooking anytime of year, but is also perfect for parties or large family meals too.  You can get $10.00 off for a price of $29.99.  The version they have at Costco is stainless steel and black and has a programmable timer that will even switch automatically to warming after the cooking cycle is done.  Plus, the insert can be removed for easier cleaning.  I also like that you get the extra little one, the Little Dipper, that really is perfect for dips and sauces.  I bought this set at Costco a number of years ago and got a ton of use out of it, and not just for parties but for making soups, stews, and chilli as well as braising meats.  I even used it to poach a salmon one time (the oval shape made it perfect for that).

The other kitchen gadget with a great coupon this month is the FoodSaver 2-in-1 Vacuum Sealer System.  This month you can get it for $119.99 after the $30.00 instant savings discount.  I don’t have one of these, sadly, though I do really want one.  However, I know several people who have them, including a number of readers here, and they all seem to love them.  I’ve been told that they help food last longer, whether in the fridge or freezer.  Plus, if you shop at Costco this is perfect for you to be able to split up large packages of meat, vegetables, or whatever.  Thus you get the most out of your Costco shopping trips.  Of course, if you buy one of these, or if you have one already, you will be sad that there isn’t a coupon for the bags that you also need.  However, you can get them online and usually in the warehouses too at a very good price (even without the coupons).

With cold weather just around the corner, now is the perfect time to stock up on great base layers for men and women.  With this latest bunch of coupons you can save $2.00 off 32 Degrees Heat by Weatherproof base layer crew neck tops for men and women.  I have some of the short sleeved 32 Degree Heat tops and they are great with a really soft feeling and they manage to keep me very comfortable during exercise.  Plus, the prices are so good, you definitely won’t find something so good for less, I’m willing to bet.  These base layer tops come in black and white for women and black and heather navy for men.  These are lightweight which would make them perfect for layer under sweaters without making you feel bulky and uncomfortable.  The final prices on the tees ranges from $9.99 to just $6.99, depending on colour.  There’s also a coupon for $5.00 off a Ladies Jacket, that is ultralight down too keep you warm without looking like the Michelin man.  If you’re looking for a wider selection of colours or sizes, and products, you should check out the 32 Degrees section at Costco.com, they have items for kids online as well.

There’s also a coupon for one of my favourite treats this month too.  You can save $3.50 on a twin pack of 33.5 ounce jars of Nutella!  Yum!  I always think Winter is the perfect time of year (or Spring, Summer, or Fall too) for a smear of Nutella on my toast, which goes perfectly with a cup of tea or a glass of milk.  There aren’t that many coupons for Nutella, so I always try to take advantage of them when they come around.  And Nutella isn’t just for your toast, there are a lot of delicious holiday treats that you can whip up with Nutella.  If you need some recipe inspiration, check out the Nutella website.

And finally, there are two great coupons for $5.00 off holiday cards through the Costco Photo Center.  You can save $5.00 on a set of 50 Premium Stationery Holiday Cards or 50 Personalized Photo Cards.  This is perfect if you are a good kid that always remembers to send out holiday cards with enough time in advance to actually prepare.  You can order your cards through the online Costco Photo Center or in the warehouses, but either way you’ll be saving $5.00.  Just don’t forget to bring the physical coupon book or the app if you are ordering these in the warehouse because this is one of the only coupons that actually requires that.

There are lots of other great coupons this month too.  I’m certain there will be plenty to catch your interest in this new coupon book.
