Costco US Coupon Book: November 30 – December 24, 2015

December 2nd, 2015 · No Comments

I was out of town this week, so I’m a bit late getting these up.  The new Costco US coupon book started on Monday, November 30, and runs right up to Christmas, December 24th.  This new coupon book offers $1,300.00 in savings, which is a bit more than the previous regular coupon book.  While there are a couple of items that might be good for holiday gifts or parties this month, mostly this just seems like a regular coupon book with such mundane, every day items like laundry detergent.  Of course, even during the holidays you’ve still got to eat and do laundry, so I’m sure you’ll find plenty of savings that will interest you.

Costco US Coupon Book: November 30 – December 24, 2015

This month I have uploaded the new Costco US Coupon Book PDF (or view it in the Google PDF viewer) (this is a PDF of what they posted online), or you can view it at the warehouse coupons on the Costco.com website.  If you weren’t aware, Costco has updated their coupon policy for “streamlined savings”.  Basically, that means that you won’t have to clip coupons (if you ever needed to for your location anyway) again, but instead you can just show the cashier the coupon book or the smartphone app to redeem any offers marked with a blue arrow (which will make more sense when you see the coupon book).  You can get the app for either iPhone or Android in their respective app stores.  The only coupons that you must have the app or coupon book to redeem are the ones with the blue arrow, but they are all pretty much instant savings deals lately.  For many, they didn’t have to clip coupons anyway, so this isn’t necessarily all that different.  If you didn’t get your book or never do, you should stop by Customer Service and make sure that they have all of your mailing information correct and that you have allowed them permission to send you things in the mail.  Or, just use the Costco smartphone app.

I know it is the ultimate in laziness, but I really like the idea of a Roomba.  Be honest, who really likes to vacuum the floor?  It would be great to have someone else do that for you and all you have to do is empty its little compartment and make sure it has access to the charger.  If you have that dream too, you might want to consider making use of the instant savings deal this month for $50.00 off an iRobot Roomba 655 Pet Series Vacuum Cleaning Robot.  I know this isn’t the romantic gift that the jewellery stores push, but I would be thrilled if I got one of these for Christmas.  It will clean every day of the week!  And it is low to the ground and can get all of the places that are hard to get with a normal vac too, like under furniture.  I think it is a great idea and it looks like it gets good reviews too (4.2 out of 5 stars at Costco.com).  This is a deal that you can also find at Costco.com, where it is $299.99 after the discount, and including shipping.  Currently online they are backordered but will be shipping sometime between December 7 and 14th, so still in time for Christmas.  By the way, if you’ve got all hard surfaces in your house, they’ve also got the iRobot Braava Mopping Robot at Costco.com for $224.99 after a $25.00 discount.

Winter is here and that means that sometimes the driving conditions are a bit dicey.  And, you might lose electricity around the house for an hour or two or a day or two.  So, I’m like a Boy Scout and like to always be prepared, which is why I would heartily suggest everyone check their flashlight supply and possibly add to it with the Feit LED 3 Flashlight Set that Costco has in this latest coupon book for $7.00 off.  You get three flashlights with different light outputs from super bright 1000 lumens, a medium bright small flashlight of 500 lumens, and a tiny purse-sized 250 lumen flashlight.  The batteries are included and all three are made of aircraft grade aluminum and have three different settings.  The set even comes with a case and wrist straps.  This too is a deal you can find at Costco.com as well, where the flashlight set is $34.98 after the $7.00 discount but including the $4.99 for shipping.  As a result of that shipping charge, I would definitely suggest you try to find this one in your local warehouse though.  I always liked to have a flashlight in the cars (when we had them) and have a little one that I travel with too.  You never know when a flashlight will come in handy.  And yes, you can use your cellphone but you might need that for more pressing matters, like calling for help.

If you have a trip planned this holiday season, but your luggage has seen better days, Costco has a deal for that.  You can get $30.00 off a set of two Samsonite Movelite softsided suitcases.  There’s a 21″ carry on and a 27″ checked luggage size.  Both of the suitcases come with the nice spinner type wheels that make moving your fully packed luggage around so much easier.  I have a Samsonite suitcase that I really like and I’ll be honest, the wheels and sturdy handle have a lot to do with that.  It’s a big suitcase but even when I’ve really crammed it full of stuff, it rolls along so easily and doesn’t feel like your arm is going to fall off by the time you actually get in the airport or hotel with it.  Plus, the Samsonite suitcases are well made and have nice features too.  You can also get this deal online at Costco.com for $129.98 after the $30 discount but with a shipping charge of $9.99.  [Remember when Costco.com didn’t charge you for shipping?  I liked those days, that was good.]

There are several other good deals in this latest coupon book, and as always there are tons of additional deals to be found at Costco.com.  Happy shopping and sorry for the delay in getting this posted!
