As a former and future employee of Costco with acquaintances who run the gamut of run of the mill employees and executives alike, I know that there is going to be a Costco store opening in Lake Charles Illinois in October, and possibly another in December in the Chicago-area. Hope that helps fellow Costcophiles, who enjoy shopping there as I do.

From the various stories that I’ve read, the Bloomfield Township, Michigan location is set to be the largest (and most state-of-the-art) Costco in the US. According to employees, the new store is set to open November 13th, 2008. (Six months without my nearest Costco–I’m having terrible withdrawal pains!)

Any consideration to another COSTCO in Kentucky (specifically, the Lexington area and south). I moved from Huntsville, AL to Richmond, KY and one of the things I miss is the COSTCO warehouse. Yes, Lexington has a Sam’s Club, but it’s just not the equivalent of a COSTCO. It would seem that Central Kentucky would be a good location, at least as good as Huntsville, AL, in terms of per capita income, growth potential, etc. Toyota is established north of Lexington and work has started on the next major Kentucky industrial belt just south of Richmond. At any rate, I kept my COSTCO card membership up, just in case one comes this way…

Manteca Costco Opens Today
Costco’s new location in Manteca, California is open and ready for snapping up all of their good deals. They opened back in mid-August (around the 14th, sorry for the delay) to huge crowds of shoppers. It’s a giant sized 155,000 square feet with 3,500 products on its shelves, not including the gas station so you can get your cheap gas too. One of the coolest things about the story, has to be its 4 self-checkout lanes; I wish our Costco had some of those.

The newest Costco in Houston opened in October. It’s location is called “Galleria” which is the best known shopping district in Houston, but in fact it’s two miles east of the Galleria shopping mall. But a smart name from a marketing perspective. What I find most interesting is that this location is in an urban setting, with one of Houston’s major business districts (Greenway Plaza) literally across the street. To make maximum use of the valuable real estate, this Costco has a parking garage in addition to a parking lot. Plus, an LA Fitness health club will be located on top of the Costco store (on a second level on Costco’s roof). But the layout and ceiling height of the Costco is virtually identical to others I’ve been to. Staff is very friendly and even a month after opening, they still have tables outside every day for new members to sign up. Viva La Costco!

So far there are eight locations that will be opening between now and the end of June 2009. No locations in the UK on the list at this point. One new store in Canada, one in Japan, one in Taiwan, and the rest are in the US. And they were also nice enough to pass along some specific dates for the openings in Lakewood, CA, Kapolei, HI, Rockwall, TX, and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Is there any particular reason that there are no Costco’s at all in West Virginia? We have at least two Sam’s Clubs and I know that Charleston, WV or Huntington, WV could support a store.
Both cities are located on I-64 and we have ample development room! Right now I have a 3-4 hour drive to my nearest Costco’s in Louisville KY, Cincinnatti OH, Columbus OH, Pittsburgh PA, Richmond VA, or Charlotte NC. It’s so weird living in a Costco free bubble. There are locations all around WV but none within 3 hrs of me.

I currently transfered to Pocatello Idaho for the very first opening in the area. I thought it would be a fun experience to open a Costco in a new area. I was horribly wrong though!! The town is primarily made up of lower income people who are racist and practice religious descrimination. The towns religious base is around 85% Mormon. Most the buildings are run down and the roads are falling apart. There is nothing here that could appeal to anyone unless you are “trailer trash” or Mormon. Iam still clueless why Costco came in here in the first place and concerned as a stock holder in the company. The store week in and week out looses money and is always ranked as one of the worst in the world if not the worst. All the management staff that transfered here is Mormon along with the warehouse manager and they let you Know your not one of them. The store is ran horribly which makes me think a bunch of idiots got the promotions to come here besause no one else wanted it. Costco would do themselves a favor by shutting this store down firing there upper management and getting out of this deprived crap whole town as soon as possible.

What a horrible message you left. It sounds like you are the racist biggot. Their’s nothing at all wrong with Pocatello Id. It’s a small city that lies in a primarily agriculture area in Idaho. Yes, it is not rolling in the dough, but your response is ridiculous. Their is nothing wrong with the Mormon religion as well. I’m not a Momon, but had lived in Idaho for awhile and knew many. They are some of the kindest people you will ever meet.
Now as far as new locations go, I can’t beleieve Gainesville Florida is not on the map. It would be an ideal location and draw people from many of the surrounding counties that do not have a Costco. Their is only 1 Costco location in North Florida I know of (Jacksonville) and it is just too far to travel their for many.

I live in Northern Michigan (Petoskey). The closest Costco is 3 hours away. Would they even consider coming up here? The only thing closer is Sams club which does not carry much of what I would eat nor are their prices worth driving 75 min. for. If it is not in the workings, maybe you and a few others could put in a good word for us. Petoskey is really starting to boom, it would be nice to see one nearby. Thanks!

I was in the new Costco in Dartmouth N.S. a couple days ago to confirm the Grand Opening Date where I was advised that it was the 13th of May, Not the 7th as reflected on this site. Staff are there simply to take new memberships at this time and were surprised when I told them about the opening date of the 7th of May as reflected on this site. Its getting close to opening time but perhaps not too late for the administrator to make a correction on the date.

Relocating from Chicago area to Cedar Rapids, IA and wondering if Costco has any plans to consider this area for a new location? Currently there is only one Costco in the state of Iowa, in DesMoines. Cedar Rapids and surrounding Iowa City (home to the University of Iowa) has a very strong and stable economy despite the current national economic conditions. Hopefully Costco is aware of that and can offer their superior brand to the residents of this area, and give them a choice over the current Sam’s Wholesale Club.

Costco is having some issues finding large enough parcels of land to purchase for future warehouses in Australia, apparently. This article also points out though that the Melbourne store will be opening this July and a location is Sydney will be opened in 2010, at least that is the plan.

Costco New Opening in Dartmouth, N.S.
I was in the new Dartmouth Crossing location this a.m. It was scheduled to open at 8:00 but it opened before. Clinical, lets hope it stays that way for sometime. All the dignitaries from all over Canada just happen to be there to greet and meet us customers at the front doors. I have a question, will you be supplying Propane tank and gas at this Costco, if so, what is the cost of a new tank and filled with gas (approximately).
Also, my daughter has accessibilty on my membership and continues to shop with it, however, now that you are close to our residence my husband would like to use my card to shop. Can more than one person remain and what is the costs for 3 people in the family sharing my number.
Thank you

Gail, I’m not affiliated with Costco in any way, so I’m not able to answer your question regarding the sale of propane tanks and gas at the new Dartmouth location.
With regards to the having more than 2 people on a membership account, that is against Costco’s membership policy. The primary member can have a one free household card that can be used by someone at the same address. However, if you have a Business membership you can add a second primary person to the account for $40. Of course, you might as well just get a second membership then.
For all the information regarding Costco membership, check out the Costco.com membership page.

The new Business Center in Commerce Ca will open on Thursday, July 23rd 8:00 am. With an open house on Wed July 22nd from 6:00 to 8:00pm , this is just an open house, no transactions will be made. As far as hiring goes, over 8,ooo applications were reviewed. And for the most part, the hiring stage is complete. The building is mostly complete and they have already started receiving product. From the looks of it, they just need to pave the parking lot and finish up the gas station. I also know that they will be having special promotions they call “Hot Buys” for July 23rd and 24th that are exclusive to the business center. I can post those later if anyone is interested.

I’ve tried a few different ways of contacting the Costco real estate people to get some decent information regarding new locations, but they are pretty mum on the topic. With regards to the Manchester, MO Costco, there appears to be nothing online about why the store is so late in opening. I read through some Board of Alderman documents from the city where they discuss Costco but they were all acting like they would be breaking ground on the store in November 2008 and be open by the end of Summer 2009. They haven’t mentioned Costco in any of the meetings since February and that was just to repeat that Costco would be open by the end of the summer and it might cause traffic issues.

Other good news on the location front for folks in San Marcos area around San Diego. Costco has plans to build a bigger and better store, adjacent to the current location. Here are some of the details from a story covering the proposal:
“Costco is proposing a 148,300-square-foot store adjacent to the existing 135,000-square-foot store at 725 Center Drive near the Escondido border.
The existing store would remain open during construction.
Plans call for a tire center, a food court, a car wash and a members-only self-serve gas station, said Jerry Backoff, San Marcos’ planning director. Costco officials did not return telephone calls seeking comment.”

The City Council for Burnsville in Minnesota (somewhere near Minneapolis, I’m guessing) has made some ordinance changes that will allow for a new Costco store to be built along County Road 42 between County Road 5 and Interstate 35E. Apparently, they will be making a new business distract around the Burnsville Center that will allow Costco to open a new warehouse in the area. Here are some details about what the new ordinances would entail:
“The new ordinance will create a business district in the area around Burnsville Center that will be exempt from certain restrictions. Thus, Costco will be able to sell beer and wine without doing so from a freestanding building. It also does not have to be concerned about restrictions on how close it is to any existing liquor stores.”

What on earth prevents Costco from opening stores in such places as Louisiana, Mississippi, etc? I live in New Orleans and sorely miss the Oregon and California stores. Or—–where can I order from Costco?

When are we going to get a Costco in Chesapeake, VA. There’s a great location on Battlefield Blvd. right across the street from Sam’s. We sometimes shop at Sam’s but onlybecause it’s closer. We like Costco better and they take American Express. The store in Norfolk is overwelmed. Please, please consider this location.

Ellyn, you can order from costco.com, although they do not carry the exact same merchandise as the store. (But often shipping is included in price)
And I think that the new store in Warrenton is Oregon, not Washington. Anybody know of any other new stores opening in the Pacific Northwest?

Don’t count on them putting one anywhere near a Sam’s. Costco’s strategy is generally to build as far away from Sam’s as possible, while still being in a good (often growing) area for business.

Anon,
I doubt Costco would have any hesitation in opening up near a Sam’s , in fact they would probably relish the opportunity to take their members as they have opened up in Sam’s markets previously and done quite well. However, if they did open up accross from Sam’s, I would think Sam’s would immediately be looking for a new location to re-locate to far from the new Costco.

John, I’m not disputing the fact that Costco CAN go head to head with Sam’s, I’m saying that as part of their business strategy, in most markets, they just aren’t building near existing Sam’s very often at all.

Anon,
I don’t now where you get your info about Costco building as far away for Sam’s as it can. All of the current Minnesota buildings are in the same city or in the next burb from a Sams Club. As JOHN said Costco relishes the chance to go head to head with some of Sam’s best stores. The Minnesota market is new in comparision to other markets that have Costco’s, but this market must NOT be part of Costco’s strategy. I am guessing if they do build in Burnsville, MN that would make it six buildings in the same city or a burb away (off the same major highway) as Sam’s Club.

I’ve been meaning to post a comment about the Sam’s Club and Costco proximity statement too. The Costco that I shop at in Austin has a Sam’s Club less than 1/2 a mile from it; it would be about a 2 minute drive probably. And one of the Costco’s that my mom shops at in Kansas City is the same way with a Sam’s just down the street from it. I think that Costco feels confident that they can easily stand a head-to-head competition with Sam’s Club.

Well, it is finally completely official, Costco can open a new store in north Roseburg, Oregon! I wish there was a way to find out what unique products various stores have.
This week I’m visiting family in the NY/NJ area and am getting to check out their local Costcos. Tonight I got a quick visit to the Edison, NJ Costco which carries a selection of kosher cold cuts and prepared foods I haven’t seen in the stores I’ve shopped in California or Florida. I would love to find kosher corned beef at $9.99 for 1.25 pounds near me. Or an expanded assortment of Hannah or Sabra lines.
I wish I could find out ‘if’ a store outside my usually shopping area had things like this that I can’t get at home!

It is so nice having COSTCOs in my town. They finally came to Colorado Springs, CO and now have 2 stores up and running in the last 18 months. No more driving to Denver to get my fix. (I couldn’t understand why COSTCO could put 8 in Denver and one in Gypsum, CO and not have one in Colorado’s second largest city… But it is OK now… Life is good)
If you ever get the chance to go to a store opening, I highly recommend it. New stores tend to open for business on Thursdays (and generally at 8am rather than the standard 10am), but the real party is the evening before. Leave your wallet at home (no sales are conducted on this day) and don’t eat beforehand – there is plenty to feast on at the event. If you have a keen eye, you can usually spot the CEO walking around the floor – I don’t think he has missed an opening of the 550+ stores yet.

Costco will be opening a new store in Fort Oglethorpe, GA (Chattanooga, TN area) off I-75 on Cloud Springs Road. This is the first exit in Georgia going south from Chattanooga (the location was picked for sales tax and wine law reasons) and is only 1.5 miles south of the Tennessee-Georgia state line. The word leaked out at a meeting of the Catoosa County Water Board last Wednesday. Everything is apparently finalized, they are just signing off on some things with a potential official announcement in the upcoming week. Re Oklahoma
Costco will be very cautious before entering the Oklahoma market. Oklahoma is basically ground zero for Sam’s Club and Wal-Mart. They have a huge market share in Oklahoma and will be very protective of their position in the state. They have saturated Oklahoma with stores. Costco will need to find a fantastic opportunity before they decide to build a store. I suspect that Costco sees better and safer opportunities in other areas of the country at the present time.

You can go to the Costco.com website and search for locations pretty easily. You can search with a specific address or just a city and state or zip code. If you go to the Costco Locations page, I think you’ll be able to quickly find the information you’re looking for. I did a quick search though, and it looks like it’s going to be a long, long drive to Costco from Jackson or Brookhaven, like 200 miles at least. There apparently are no locations actually in MS, so you have to drive to TN.

Drama surrounds a plan for Costco to build a warehouse in Lodi. A pair of homeowners are appealing the planning commissions approval of a plan to build a Costco location because it will be just north of their 1 acre property. The couple have been in negotiations with Reynolds Ranch developer Dale Gillespie for years to purchase their home, but the two sides have not reached a deal. So, I guess since they can’t get the developer to pay them enough for their house, they’re trying a different tactic and could end up bringing a lawsuit. And that will certainly wreck Costco’s plans to open this new location by summer.

Costco wants to build a 149,000-square-foot store at the corner of Street and Jacksonville roads in Warminster (near Philadelphia). A new Costco location in Burnsville (by Minneapolis-St. Paul) looks pretty assured at this point. The Burnsville Planning Commission voted 6-0 on Monday to recommend to the City Council the approval of Costco’s application to build its first warehouse south of the river. Costco has a purchase agreement with Mike Grossman, owner of Grossman Chevrolet and Cadillac, for the 15.4-acre property at 141st Street and Burnhaven Drive, near Burnsville Center. If everything progresses as hoped, Costco will begin construction in July, with hopes to have the new store open by November.

Hi, I just notice that GA is getting another Costco in August of 2010. They have 5 Costco and they are getting another one which makes number 6. TN has 2 in Nashville in West TN. There is nothing in East TN which we really need one in the Knoxville/Sevierville/Alcoa Area. This area is growing and there has been a petition sign up to get one here and it seems like Coscto business people are ignoring it. We need one here badly. Kimberly, thank you for the info, it is just frustrating driving the distance. I am hoping that they will put one here. The gas prices keeps going up and up then all of a sudden it drops then it goes back up again. It is hard on us. I was venting and apologize but still we do need one here badly in the East TN. Even though is 2 hours away from Knoxville but have drive back 2 hours so it is total of 4 hours and during the summer it is little hard. So to the Costco Business people out there, Please Please, find a piece of decent land out here and build one in Knoxville, Alcoa, or Sevierville! Zoey, Costco will be opening in about a years time in Sydney Australia ( Auburn ), perhaps this is the rumour you are hearing? Sydney NS may be a little too small for Costco, particularly since the population in the Cape Breton Regional District has been steadily declining over the past 20 years.
On the other hand, Costco’s 2 new locations in the Calgary, Alberta area are soon to be, if not already, under construction with a fall 2010 opening for both. These will be located in Balzac and Okotoks. Costco has also submitted plans to Courtenay, BC city council to open a warehouse there. Land is already zoned, all that is needed is for the city council to approve the plans. http://www2.canada.com/comoxvalleyecho/news/story.html?id=bf21dcf3-7abb-4d0c-91a5-91e865877b88.

I have given up on Costco. I have lived here in the Lehigh Valley of PA for five years and the nearest one is still one hour away. We moved here from NY five years ago and they wanted to renew my membership and charge me the NY sales tax rate. They know my mailing address is in PA but still wanted to charge me a NY sales tax at nearly 9%. Last I heard they are based in Washington State. We have a Sams Club here, BJ’s, a new Target Supercenter, and BestBuy just opened up in two closed Circuit City stores. We have many other major chains here to but no Costco. I guess they will continue to build two story stores in New York City. I let my membership lapse at the beginning of the year. Loyalty only goes so far.

I was in the Hayward CA Costco the week it opened in November 2009 to solidify a business deal I had with that club. Madness is the perfect word to describe the mayhem. The city of Hayward must have made tens of thousands of dollars off the parking fines that I heard were written because people were parking everywhere, in fire lanes, EVERYWHERE. While talking with the receiving manager and department staff that I deal with, there was a van shuttle bringing the warehouse staff in for work. They had to park 2 blocks away in another parking lot because there were zero parking spaces available once the building opened so they were not allowing staff to park on the properly. The only reason I had a spot was because I was there at 7am in the morning. This is also the biggest building in the region and the 3rd largest in the state at 154,000 square feet. Touring a brand new building before it opens is pretty cool. Everything is clean, polished and shiny. Even thought the general public know by being in them, I don’t know if people really realize the incredible volume of sales that some of the buildings do, especially in highly populated areas such as the Bay Area of San Francisco. Starting at half a million a day and continue up to sometimes a million a day in sales. Every day, day after day. And this even when some of them are only maybe 3-10 miles apart from each other. It’s incredible.

Interesting about the Hayward, CA. warehouse. I know it is indeed madness at a new openning. I have opened a couple of warehoues now and it always amazes me that grown people can behave in such a fashion. Here in Washington, when it rains(ha!…always in other words) people pull up INTO the breezway to pack up their stuff. Forget that it is a fire zone and marked no parking. Yep there are no people like Costco people.
Still looking for info regarding Witchita as John H. The business journal stated in 2005 it would be complete that year. Does anyone know anything?
277
Brian //
2010.05.08 at 12:58 am
Washington, California, anywhere, people will just pull up to the front door, park their vehicles, block the fire lane and foot traffic so that they don’t have to walk 100′. I guess that is why most Americans are on the heavy side. HA! Rudeness like that is not peculiar to Costco customers alone though. Go to your local Walmart and try and walk in a straight line in or out of the store. There is usually some sort of vehicle stopped in your way.
As for Lodi CA, I am somewhat surprised at that move. Stockton is not that far away. The population in Lodi is not that high either, but a club there would draw a lot of traffic from Elk Grove which has a fair population. That would take some business from the South Sac club which is always very busy. I guess we will see if it happens. If it does, I will be knocking on its’ door to do business with them.

292
Brian //

You may one day get one in Sydney some day, however the primary problem is the general populationcount of Nova Scotia. So currently Costco thinks that only Halifax and Dartmouth can sustain clubs. There is so much more than the cost of just putting up a building. There is cost of logistics along with a deep enough population base. Unfortunately the over all population in Eastern Canada is very thin. And even compare all of Canada to California. I moved from British Columbia(Canadian Boy Here) to Sacramento CA in 2005 to begin a business that is highly related to serving Costco’s needs. 1. There are more Californian’s than Canadians. 2. And the highly concentrated population here in CA is Costco’s primary market as it were, which shows in there being 117 clubs in California alone and 78 in the entire country of Canada. At least you don’t live on PEI. (o:

WELCOME TO cOSTCO.. made in china.. LOOKS A LOT LIKE WALMART.
MADE IN CHINA IS THE PROBLEM WITH OUR COUNTRY
298
Brian //
2010.05.31 at 10:12 pm
Made in China is a huge problems across the board, not just for Costco. My business entails shipping liquidated product I purchase from Costco here in the US to our Canadian stores in British Columbia. The customs manifests have to have information such as what it is made of, what it is and such. And the vast majority of imported product comes from China. China is the major country, but also Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea, even Cambodia. Pretty much all eastern pacific rim countries. And a major portion of electronics come out of Mexico. In what I ship to Canada, not even half of one percent is actually made in the USA and that is probably stretching it. When we check the product for COO (Country of Origin) I am usually surprised when a product comes up as Made in the USA. Even Harley Davidson is not immune. Much of the parts they have on their bikes are from Japan.

Just visited the newly opened Costco in St. John, NB Canada. My first ‘foreign’ Costco. Very exciting. Had my picture taken out front to send to my friends who are also ‘unit challenged.’ (defined as ‘why buy just one, when you can get a dozen’).
One problem. Innkeepers 8 Grain Bread was nowhere to be found. There was an Innkeepers product, but not that one. The 8 Grain is the best sliced bread since bread was sliced. I’m convinced at least one of the ‘grains’ must be an illegal substance. That single product keeps me re-newing my membership and I usually buy multiple loaves…it freezes quite nicely.
Otherwise, as in all of Canada, they were very friendly and helpful.

@Dan, haven’t heard about new locations coming to North Dakota. Sorry. It would be horrible if you had to switch to Sam’s Club!

As I recall a few years ago Costco was looking to build a new store in Oro Valley Arizona.
They ran into the “big box” opposition from a hostile city council or planning department.
Oro Valley has grown a lot since that period and there has been a lot of city council changes.
I would not be surprised if Costco might find a much more accomodating attitude today if they were to once again query about building a store here

@Bill, I’d guess they must have relaxed things because I believe they have a Home Depot there now, right?

Kimberly!
Yes the Home Depot is well established. So it must have been quite some time ago when Costco was thinking about building here when Oro Valley was a very small town. It’s been growing rapidly. I moved here just about 5 years ago and I’m pretty sure the Home Depot was already built. Lot’s of retirement communities just north of us.

Why are there rumours going around Sydney nova scotia that there will be a Costco built in the Grand Lake Crossing area?I disagree with these people saying that our community can not support one. I know PLENTY of people who would back me up on this. It’s ridiculous how the people of SYdney,Glace Bay, etc. have to travel 5 hours to get to the nearest costco. There was an article in our newspaper, the CApe Breton post, about how new national retailors told our mall owner/manager that they wish they had come to Sydney many years ago. How can the people of costco assume that we could not support one of their stores if we don’t even have one?!Where are the stats/proof? Anyway, you know the saying: assuming makes an “ass” out of “you” and “me”.

Go Donna ! I hear ya and totally agree with you! I’m from Sydney too lol and I heard these rumors as well. I wonder if we will get one soon? I have a Costco card and the 4.5-5 hour drive is really a pain! I hardly ever use it because I don’t travel to Halifax often. We need to have our own Costco!

I love what I hear about how Costco treats there employees. I was wondering if there is any truth to the rumors about a Costco coming to south Alabama. Specifically Daphne or Mobile, Al. Because i would love to get a job there.

Herman, I’ve been hearing that rumor for years. Also, there is a rumor about Pensacola as well. But because of the economy, Costco has scaled back on some of it’s proposed openings. I hope they open one up in either Pensacola or Daphne because I want to move back home.

Hey have you heard of anything on the 2011 new openings? If so can you list them?

@Mark – As soon as I get even tentative dates, I put it on the list. I just haven’t seen anything that mentions anything for beyond the end of the year yet. I try to keep adding things to the list, no matter how far out the dates, just so everyone will know where there are locations that are being built or considered.

We really could use a Costco in Evansville, IN. The closest one is in Louisville, KY. Our only choice here is the “other store”. Costco is so much better! Any news for one in the Southwest Indiana area?

Just reading over the new locations you have for 2011. Still didn’t see Ukiah, CA on that list. I have heard the engineers are working on the plans. Do you have any news supporting this?

Although there is already a Costco I use near my Mom’s, I was very excited a few weeks ago when I took a wrong turn near my house and saw a new Costco going up! Less than a mile from me!
I will have to get my own membership, but it will be worth it. No more having to drag my Mom with me into the store!

I was talking with a Sacramento area general manager, the Lodi CA club is postponed until 2011 and they have again begun looking at the possiblity of one in Elk Grove CA. Costco has explored Elk Grove for a while now. Elk Grove is only 10 minutes South of the South Sacramento club (which is an extremely busy club). We shop in the S. Sac club every week. It is older and smaller than the new model ones and is crazy busy. There is a brand new Sam’s club not even a 1/4 mile from the S. Sac club and is simply dead compared to the volume of customers that Costco has.
If they open in Elk Grove, I will be forced to drive by it every single day to and from work. What…a…terrible…hardship. HA!

Regarding the proposed Costco at the Marketplace at Newburgh (NY), Costco is out and BJ’s is in:
http://timesadmin.startlogic.com/wp/2010/08/marketplace-plans-fall-groundbreaking/
Costco submitted a proposal for a store in Yorktown Heights NY in June, but it doesn’t look like the Planning Board has voted on it yet.
