Costco UK Coupon Book: October 15 – November 4, 2012

October 15th, 2012 · No Comments

The latest Costco UK coupon book starts today, 15 October, and runs through 4 November.  This coupon book has £1,000.00 in savings, which is a bit more than last month’s coupon book.  Even though there is a higher savings value with the coupon book this month, it’s not spectacular.  At least not to me.  There are a couple of interesting coupons and then a bunch that are less impressive (I’m looking at you, Dyson & Dualit).

Costco UK Coupon Book: 15 October – 4 November, 2012

I’ve uploaded the latest Costco UK Coupon Book PDF (or view it in the Google PDF viewer) so you can browse it if you haven’t gotten yours yet.  If you didn’t get your book or never do, you should stop by Customer Service and make sure that they have all of your mailing information correct and that you have allowed them permission to send you things in the mail.  Also, while you’re there, ask them for a copy of the latest book if they didn’t hand you one when you walked in the store.  In the UK they print the coupons on both sides of the pages and without the codes, so they clearly do not want you to clip the coupons out and give them to your cashier; they just automatically deduct them after they ring up your items. I still find it useful to have a copy so I know what to look for because I don’t always notice the signs that they’ve posted to let you know what has a coupon.  I usually download a copy of the PDF I post to my iPhone before I go to the store so that I can easily reference it while shopping.  Though, there’s really not much need because they are always handing them out at the door too.

If you’ve got a baby, then you’ll probably be happy to see the baby product coupons this month.  There’s a great 3-for-2 deal on Huggies Baby Wipes (6, 64 count packs) for a final price of £11.97 with VAT.  There are also two different coupons for nappies, one for newborns (size 2) and one for sizes 3 – 6.  For the smaller, newborn size, you can buy two boxes of 88 for £17.00.  Then, for the other sizes you can buy two boxes (amount will vary by size) for £32.00.  Seems like a great time to stock up on those types of items.

If you like the Kirkland Signature household cleaning wipes, like I do, you’ll be happy to see a coupon for £1.70 off the three pack, which makes them just £5.98 with VAT for the three canisters of wipes (185 total wipes).  There’s also a great half price coupons for sponges and lint rollers that might interest you too.  You can get 1/2 off of a 4 pack of 3M link rollers (£3.40 with VAT).  That same coupon also gives you half off of Scotchbrite Sponges: £4.78 (with VAT) for an 18 pack of Scotchbrite Heavy Duty Sponges, or £3.34 (with VAT) for a 12 pack of Scotchbrite Multi-purpose Sponges.

There are three good coupons for fresh meat products, one each for chicken, beef, and pork actually.  You can get £3.00 off a boneless half gammon joint, £3.00 off a pack of boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets, or £5.00 off a whole Scotch silverside or roasting joint.

The rest of the coupons seem like a bit of a mix to me.  There are several coupons for the adult beverages of choice, or a whole lot of crisps and snacks of various types.  There are also a number of coupons for household electrics, including LED lightbulbs and flashlights, and some televisions.  I don’t know, all in all, there’s nothing that really makes me feel like I must rush to Costco to get it.  But hey, maybe you were just sitting there thinking, “I wish there were a Costco deal on a nice electronic fire safe.”  If so you are in luck (only £179.98 with VAT)!
